Cases continue to rise, hospitalizations “very low”

There have been 588 new COVID cases reported since last week’s update. The number of new lab cases is down a little from last week and hospitalizations are very low.

Steuben still remains in the high COVID community level, so masking indoors in public places is still recommended. Other safety measures include getting vaccinated and boosted when eligible, staying home when sick, and testing if you have symptoms, after exposure and after travel.
