28 year old Kyle Walton Hackett of Hornell was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in the town of Genesee, PA for a litany of offenses. One can only infer from the list of charges that Mr. Hackett ran a stop sign and was then found to be breaking ten other laws. It is unclear if Hackett was held or released on bail.
