Steuben Sheriff’s Deputies, SWAT, and Corning City Police “no-knock” for meth arrest

On Thursday February 2nd, 2023 at approximately 11:00am, members of the Corning City Police Department, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, and Steuben County SWAT team executed a “no-knock” search warrant, issued by Steuben County Court Judge McAllister, at 232 East Second Street in the City of Corning, Steuben County, New York.

The search warrant was a direct result of an investigation into the sales and possession of methamphetamine by occupants of the residence. The investigation was conducted by investigators from the City of Corning Police Department and the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office.

Upon executing the search warrant a quantity of methamphetamine and cash was seized.

Corning Police Department arrested:

Nathan F. Andrews, 38 years old of 232 East Second Street, Corning, NY :

4 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 2nd degree – Class “A” felonies

4 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree – Class “B” felonies

Kellie M. Kelley, 37 years old of 232 East Second Street, Corning, NY was charged with 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and released on an appearance ticket to reappear at Corning City Court on February 14th, 2023 at 8:30am.

Mr. Andrews was transported to the Corning Police Department where he was processed and sent to Steuben County Jail to be arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) court where he was subsequently released after being on arraigned on 4 Class A felonies and 4 Class B felonies.
