Hornell folks, mixed with a Wellsville crew, and Canisteo people, and many others surrounding the Maple City have been circling the place like sharks. The days of Club 57 maybe over but Balloons has a loyal customer base because of their successful Elliciottville location.

The new, second location in Hornell starts a new era for the Seneca Road hotspot, but also the local food and entertainment scene. Balloons theme has been, “The Best Party in Town,” and a key to thier success in Ellicottville. The new venue is expected to draw many to the Maple City for the food and the party.
