Budget passes, Davis elected in very low turnout

Only 369 voters in Hornell cast a ballot for the school districts 2022-23 budget, which passed easily. The four propositions were voted for by an even wider majority. Kerry Davis defeated Scott Carroll by just 27 votes for a seat on the school board. Here are the vote details:
