Be On the Lookout

Michael T. Baldwin Reports

An area man remains on the run Wednesday from law enforcement. Wellsville Village Police Chief Tim O’Grady told only the Wellsville Sun there was a region-wide BOLO (be on the lookout for) 34-year-old Holden Faulkner. Police said he was involved in a physical domestic dispute this week on North Brooklyn Avenue.

He was charged this week with criminal mischief, child endangerment and violating an Order of Protection. Twelve hours later, O’Grady said, he returned to the home and ‘acted up again.’ This time, he supposedly stole a 2004 black in color Dodge Ram pickup. Wellsville Police were seen racing down Chamberlain Street after the alleged suspect.

State Police and deputy sheriff’s also assisted in the manhunt. This incident prompted Allegany County 911 to issue a region-wide alert to all law enforcement agencies. Cops in New York and Pennsylvania are on the watch for the young man.

He was previously charged in 2019 in connection with an overdose death in Clarksville. A 24-year-old man from Bolivar died in the incident.  Read that story from the Wellsville Regional News:
