July 29, 2022 Endangering a Child and Reckless Endangerment Arrest
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on July 26, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a female, age 26, of Seneca Road North, Hornell, New York, following an investigation of two children hospitalized after allegedly ingesting edible marijuana in the Town of Hornellsville, New York. It is alleged that two children ingested edible marijuana that was in the possession of Ms. Irving, causing a medical emergency. She was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree. The accused was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
July 29, 2022 Promoting Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child Arrest
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on July 29, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Adrian J. Collado, age 25, of Woods Edge Drive, Erwin, New York, following an investigation of reported distribution of child pornography. It is alleged that Mr. Collado possessed and distributed child pornography at his residence. Mr. Collado was charged with Possessing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, a class E Felony, and Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D Felony. Mr. Collado was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.

July 29, 2022 Robbery and Burglary Arrest
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on July 27, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Richard H. Rosenkrans, age 64, of Fleet Road, Hammondsport, New York, following an investigation of a reported break-in and robbery in the Town of Urbana, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Rosenkrans entered a dwelling without permission and forcibly stole property from another person. Mr. Rosenkrans was charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Robbery in the Second Degree, both class C Felonies. Mr. Rosenkrans was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
July 27, 2022 Assault, Obstruction of Breathing Arrest
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on July 23, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Yosef Simon-Paige, age 38, of Telegraph Road, Savona, New York, following an investigation of a reported assault in January 2021 in the Town of Campbell, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Simon-Paige intentionally caused injury to another person and choked that person. Mr. Simon-Paige was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. Mr. Simon-Paige, a current inmate in the Steuben County Jail on an unrelated matter, was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and returned to custody.
