The fair continues next week with Harness Racing, Demolition Derby, and more
The sky was bright and breezy, and the smiles were wide Saturday morning as the annual 4-H Dog Show at the Steuben County Fairgrounds kicked off the 203rd annual county Fair.
4H-ers have participated in the event for far more than 20 years, with a special tribute to Gary, a rescue dog who retired after 10 years in the show ring.
Fair events pick up again Monday, with Harness Racing set for Noon Monday (weather permitting), 4-H shows set for 8 am, 11 am and 3 pm Tuesday and a Demolition Derby slated for 7 pm, Tuesday. The carnival opens at 11 am, Wednesday.
