Bath-based State Police on September 19th arrested Logan Sauerwine, 20, of Canisteo. Logan was charged with felony disseminating indecent material to a minor in the second degree. The charge stems from a non-domestic child endangerment complaint in the town of Canisteo filed September 12th. Sauerwine will make a court appearance at a later date.
During a traffic stop Monday night, Troopers arrested 71-year-old Robert W. Hudson of Cameron. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. A court appearance in pending.
Warsaw-based a state police arrested Wilma J. Rodgers, 65, of Addison. She was charged with introducing contraband into a state prison. The incident occurred in the town of Attica. Court action is pending.
