The annual free Strong Kids Safe Kids festival drew hundreds of children and their adults during perfect festival weather Saturday at the Steuben County Fairgrounds.

The late-summer tradition brought back popular carnival games, inflatable bouncers and art activities tailored for children from birth to sixth grade, as well as information on health and safety issues from more than 25 family-related agencies.

Other activities included healthy snacks, a kids’ Farmers Market and a car seat safety check conducted by the NYS Police and county Sheriff. ”Hands-On Trucks”  with vehicles from the Bath Police, Fire and Ambulance units, Bath Gas & Electric and Fleet First drew children and adults alike.
