Hornell volleyball lost a tough decision to Bath on Wednesday night, 3-2.
Facing defeat, Hornell tied the match at 25-25 in the fourth game and won, 27-25.
Bath won the tie-breaker, 15-10.
The scores were 25-22, 22-25, 22-25, 27-25, 10-15.
“We just missed short of the win in the last set, losing 15-10, but these girl played the best volleyball they have all season,” said HHS coach Kristi Gemmell. “They got things rolling early and we went point-for-point with Haverling. Great things will come in the coming years from these players.”
