The city made the following announcement this morning
TODAY- Department of Public Works Crews will be working on Broadway Mall today (Thursday, November 3rd). There will be no access to Broadway Mall while work is being completed, the Mall will be re-opened to all traffic as soon as work is complete. Free parking is available in the lot behind City Hall, the lot across from the YMCA, the lot behind the Texas, and on Main Street.
SATURDAY – Department of Public Works Crews will be working on Main Street on Saturday, November 5th. There will be no parking on Main St. while work is being completed, free parking is available in the lot behind City Hall, the lot across from the YMCA, the lot behind the Texas, and on Broadway Mall. Main St. will be open to traffic during this time and on-street parking will be available as soon as work is complete.
MONDAY – Shawmut Drive will be closed to all traffic on Monday, November 7th, while crews complete necessary road work and install a drainage pipe.
