Steuben County Sheriff reports Grand Larceny arrest and provides department data from October 2022

November 3, 2022 Grand Larceny, Aggravated Harassment Arrest

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on November 1, 2022, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Terry L. Lamere, age 48, of East Lane, Bath, New York following an investigation of a reported stolen vehicle. It is alleged that Mr. Lamere stole a motor vehicle from a residence in Bath on October 2nd and sent threatening communications to the owner of the vehicle. Mr. Lamere was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a class D Felony, Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny. Mr. Lamere was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and held.
