City of Rochester Police caught two people involved in a carjacking on Wednesday. The vehicle belonged to a City of Rochester school administrator, who was carjacked at knifepoint, police said.
The story is going viral for two reasons: Someone caught the vehicle going a high-rate of speed crash into a school bus.
Also, the two involved were released on previous ca jacking charges.
