Allegany County Democrats have adopted one of the busiest roadways in the area

Come join your friends and fellow Allegany County Democrats for a semi-annual clean-up of its dedicated area of highway in Almond on Tuesday, April 25 at 10:00 a.m.

The Allegany County Democratic Committee has “adopted” Main Street (State Rte. 21) in Almond, along with a section of Karr Valley Road up to the exit ramp from I-86. Our clean-up takes a bit over an hour. It’s fun to do something important and visible as we beautify Allegany County.

The NYS DOT provides trash bags and safety vests and helmets. Be sure to wear gloves and closed-toed shoes or boots, and bring a grabber stick if you like. Be sure to wear your Allegany County Democrats t-shirt! Park in the Big Dipper parking lot on State Rte. 21 on the south end of Almond.

In case of rain (or snow!) call 585-593-8028 for rescheduling information.
