The winery offers the following tasting notes for the wine:
A medium intensity nose of golden apple, Asian pear, lemon drop and toasted pine nuts. The palate is light to medium body but with a perception of weight from the roundness while still remaining crisp inviting the next sip.
And recommends the following food pairings: Pan-seared halibut with a curried cream or roasted asparagus salad with feta cheese, lemon and sumac.
The grapes for the wine were harvested on September 21, 2021.
The winery is located at 9301 County Route 76 Hammondsport, NY 14840 noted that they will be releasing new wines each week in June.
