The vehicle struck a 2005 Ford Focus coming in the other direction head on driven by his sister, Dahlia J. Klink, 24 of Freedom.

Troopers said Havana S. Lopez, 17 of Java and Molly Kibler, 6, of Freedom were in the Ford driven by Dahlia Klink and pronounced dead at the scene.

Dahlia Klink died at the Erie County Medical Center Sunday night, troopers said.

Another passenger, a 4-year-old girl, was taken by Mercy Flight helicopter to a Buffalo-area hospital. Troopers said she had serious injuries.

Troopers said this is “an active investigation.”

The mother of Havana Lopez, Jennifer Rangel, has set up a GoFundMe page (see below).

Troopers said Evan Klink was treated for injuries at the scene and taken to the state police barracks in Warsaw for evaluation.

A passenger in Evan Klink’s vehicle, Cameron Klink, 19 of Freedom, was taken by Mercy Flight helicopter to a Buffalo-area hospital with serious injuries, troopers said.

The New York State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Cattaraugus County District Attorney’s Office and Arcade Fire Department assisted in the investigation.

In a GoFundMe account set up for funeral expenses for Dahlia Klink, Katelyn Cirbus said the money would cover the funeral expenses and help for medical bills for Dahlia Klink and the 4-year-old.

“As a lot of people have heard in our small community, Dahlia passed away in a horrific car accident yesterday,” Cirbus said on the GoFundMe page. “Dahlia was an amazing mother to her 2 beautiful girls. We ask for any help you can to cover expenses for the funeral and any other medical expenses her daughter may have as she continues treatment at children’s hospital. Anything will be incredibly appreciated.”
