Wanted man in Pennyslvania arrested for violent road rage incident in Lindley

Joseph A McCallum, 43 charged three felonies

Possession of Stolen Property, Reckless Endangerment, Assault and Criminal Mischief Arrest

From the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department,

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on August 15, 2023, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph A McCallum, age 43, of Tannery Hill, Osceola Pennsylvania, in response to an investigation of a reported road rage incident in the Town of Lindley in July, 2023.

It is alleged that Mr. McCallum intentionally drove a vehicle at another vehicle, crashed his vehicle into that vehicle, causing damage, and injured another person. Mr. McCallum was charged with Reckless Endangerment in the First Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, all class D Felonies, and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree, a class E Felony. Mr. McCallum was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and held as a fugitive from justice in Pennsylvania.
