Cuba Police: Corning man crashes into garage after pursuit, faces three felony charges

From the Cuba Police Department,

On September 20th, 2023 at approximately 6:45PM, following a report of a stolen vehicle near Maple Lane, Cuba Police arrested Jesse E. Tomlinson (33) of Corning after he allegedly crashed this vehicle into a resident’s garage. Tomlinson was arrested on charges of unsafe turn (Violation), moved from lane unsafely (Violation), improper right turn (Violation), speed not reasonable and prudent (Violation), no seatbelt (Violation), unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle (Violation), fail to obey a police officer (Violation), operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed operator (Violation), reckless driving (Misdemeanor), aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd (Misdemeanor), obstructing governmental administration (Misdemeanor), resisting arrest (Misdemeanor), criminal mischief 3rd (Felony), criminal possession of stolen property 3rd (Felony) and criminal possession of a weapon 3rd (Felony). Tomlinson was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on no bail. Tomlinson is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

Update: NYS Police report arresting Tomlinson in Friendship NY on September 20 for felony grand larceny.
