“I’ll work to resolve issues that impact the 4 Ward in a proactive, not a reactive, manner”

Statement by Steve Peck,

Any individual running for political office should be engaged in their community. Over the last several months, I have visited residents throughout the 4th Ward. During this time, I have listened to concerns and had constructive conversations with many wonderful people. Concerns from residents touch a wide range of issues involving Codes, Public Safety and infrastructure. If I am elected, be assured that the concerns of the 4th Ward will be brought to the Common Council, Mayor’s office and City department heads. An alderman should always be a strong advocate for residents, and that’s exactly what I will be if elected.

Over the past 22 years, I have raised my family in this amazing City and have been highly involved in our community serving as a volunteer on several boards, including the St. James Foundation, YMCA, and Hornell Partners for Growth boards.

If elected, I pledge to continue knocking on doors, talking with residents, and listening to their concerns in order to continue improving quality of life throughout 4th Ward neighborhoods. I’ll work to resolve issues that impact the 4 Ward in a proactive, not a reactive, manner.

I humbly ask for your support in the upcoming November election.

Sincerely,

Steve Peck
