Debra A. Robbins, 72, Hammondsport

Hammondsport – Debra A. Robbins, 72, of Grape Street passed away on Wednesday (November 1, 2023) following a long illness. She was born in Wellsville on April 9, 1951 to Earl and Patricia Robbins.

A graduate of Wellsville High School, she also completed coursework at Michigan State University and Penn State.  Debra was a Latin teacher for the Geneva Central School District for many years. She also worked at Dr Konstantin Frank Winery for several years.

Debra was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 31 years Edward Lancer. She is survived by a sister, Denise McKee of Youngstown Ohio and a brother John Robbins of Palmyra, New York as well as a nephew and several nieces.

To honor her wishes there will be no services.
