Ashley Wolfe wraps up season with a 12th place finish at IHSA Nationals

“What a great way to finish her first year competing at the collegiate level”

Alfred State first-year student Ashley Wolfe (Painted Post, NY) earned a 12th place finish at the IHSA National Championships held in Mill Spring, NC.

Wolfe qualified for the Back on Track High Point Rider Competition by being the Hi Point Open Rider for the region. She competed with riders from all over the country including Ohio State, Iowa State, and Penn State.

“What a great way to finish her first year competing at the collegiate level,” commented head coach Rose Stayer Ruffner. “Ashley had a great season, and I am excited to see what she can do during the rest of her riding career here at Alfred State.”
