The streak continues!! Hornell boys soccer remains undefeated

The Red Raiders are now the #2 seed in Section V Class B

From Hornell High School Athletics,

The Hornell Red Raiders improve to 5-0-1 and continue their unbeaten streak with the 1-0 victory over the visiting Haverling Rams Wednesday night in the Maple City.

After a scoreless first half, the lone Red Raider goal was scored by junior, Wyatt Evingham 7 minutes into the second half.  Evingham leads the Raiders with 6 goals on the season.  Hornell held possession for the majority of the game.  Haverling goalkeeper, Mason Davis, had 7 saves on the night.

The Red Raiders are currently seeded #2 in Section V Class B, while the Rams (3-4-1) are seeded #10 in the 16-team bracket.

Hornell will host the Geneseo Blue Devils Friday night at 5pm in Maple City Park.
