The Hornell Red Raiders beat the Letchworth-Warsaw United 5-0 in the first round of sectionals Wednesday night.
Hornell junior, Gabriel Rasephei and senior PJ Picco each scored two goals in the win. Wyatt Evingham rounded out the scoring for Hornell off a penalty kick 18 minutes left in the game.
Wyatt Evingham had 2 assists, PJ Picco & Marco Picco each tallied one assist in the win.
The Red Raiders totaled 23 shots on goal.
The #2 seed Raiders move on to the semifinal round and will host the winner of #7 Haverling Rams and #10 Mynders Academy Saturday night at Maple City Park.
