Computer issues caused a one week delay

Steuben County is notifying residents of a delay in the mailing of Town & County tax bills for 2025, due to unforeseen software programming issues. Tax bills were mailed last week, a delay of approximately one week. Most residents should have received their tax bill in recent days, or they should be arriving at any time.
Should residents not yet have their tax bill and wish to know their 2025 amount, they can call the Steuben County Finance Department at (607) 664-2488 to obtain the amount due and payment can be made at any time to the local Tax Collector.
Steuben County apologizes for this delay.
