Featured Programs

Local Author Visit: During World War II, American women took on many new roles, both in the military and as civilians. Beyond Rosie the Riveter and the Atomic Girls, women made incredible contributions to the war effort.

One of the civilian avenues was through the American Red Cross Clubmobile program, which was essentially a mobile club, featuring doughnuts, coffee, and good old American girl-next-door friendliness, all served up at the front lines in Europe, Southeast Asia, India, and Australia – wherever the troops were to be found.

Join us on Thursday, March 27th at 6 pm as we learn more about the Clubmobile program with local author Barb Warner Deane!

Multilingual Storytime – March 6th – April 10th – Thursdays at 4:00 PM: This story time is open to all patrons who are interested in learning about different languages and cultures! Each week a volunteer will read a book in both English and a language they have brought to share with us. After each reading, we will have a game or a craft.

Circus Club: Get ready for fun at our Circus Club! Join us for exciting circus activities on Wednesdays, March 12th and 26th at 3 pm!

Whether you’re twirling with hula hoops, dancing with ribbons, or mastering the art of juggling, there’s something for everyone.
