Mushroom Log Inoculation Class:  Presented by Samuel Warren, certified mycologist, on April 3 at 4:30 pm at the Wimodaughsian Library in Canisteo.  No cost.  See you there!

Join us for a hands on demonstration of how to your own mushrooms on logs at home. This class will cover basic principles and techniques of outdoor mushroom cultivation. Everyone takes a self inoculated log home with them.

Interested in cultivating mushrooms? Sam Warren would love to help you start. Join us for a class covering the basics of mushroom cultivation and a hands on approach to culturing techniques. 

Attendees of this class will leave with a knowledge of how to cultivate mushrooms using low tech methods and affordable materials commonly found in the home. Everyone will also leave with their own culture of oyster mushrooms that they cloned themselves on a Petri dish.
