Meet with customer service reps about billing concerns

From Steuben County

Steuben County Chair Kelly Fitzpatrick announces a Community Connection event for NYSEG customers in the Steuben County area on Wednesday Tuesday, April 16, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Campbell Fire Department (8766 State Route 415, Campbell, NY).

This event is not a town hall and will not include a formal presentation. Instead, it is a chance for NYSEG customers to meet face-to-face with customer service representatives to discuss billing concerns, voice their opinions, and receive direct feedback.

Representatives from the Customer Advocacy Group and Energy Efficiency Group will also be present to provide information on available programs, assistance options, and energy-saving opportunities. Additional team members will be on-site to answer general questions and guide customers before they meet with service representatives.

Steuben County leadership encourages all NYSEG customers with questions or concerns to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to engage directly with company representatives.
