Hornell City Schools: May will run unopposed for lone school board seat

Public Service Announcement to inform you that we have one official candidate for the open Board of Education seat up for vote on May 20, 2025.

The incumbent Brian May will be running unopposed for the five-year term to begin on July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030.

We are bursting with pride to announce the incredible achievements of our SkillsUSA Wildwood team from the Hornell City School District at the NYS SkillsUSA Conference! These students represented our school and other districts with such hard work and professionalism.

SILVER (2nd Place): Max Stephens and Talan Fox (Interactive Application Video) Stephen Jarbeck (Information Technology Services)

BRONZE (3rd Place): Dominic Dennis (Heavy Equipment Operations) Ryan Perkins (Power Equipment Technology)

On top of these amazing individual accomplishments, Wildwood also received a prestigious Quality Chapter Award for successfully completing the CEP Chapter of Excellence Program!

A massive thank you to everyone who supported these talented students and allowed them this incredible opportunity to showcase their trade skills!
