“Evidence indicates that our cherished Democracy is giving way to a Technocracy”

In Origins part I we tracked the birth and early development of Technocracy in the 1930s, up through a developing Mechanistic world view of the 60s and into focus on the mechanics of the brain and mind control experimentation of the 90s. Thirty years hence, we are witnessing emergence and an ‘Origin of Species’ event, Transhumanism. Intensive experimentation and development kicked off by the 2013 U.S. Brain Initiative, inspired the E.U. Human Brain Project and Graphene Flagship 2013-2023, Japans’ Brain/Minds project 2014-2024 and the Chinese Institute for Brain Research 2018-.
Keen scientific observers and societal behaviorists liken the level of international effort and collaboration to that of an all out war effort. The ‘OMNIWAR’ being waged on society, captures everyday systems and embeds totalitarian controls within them. In a 2018 address to West Point Cadets, the Pentagon Neuroscience and Technology Advisor James Giodarno characterized a “twenty first century battlescape; where weaponized neural technology can be used to control subjective experience and behaviors leaving a target sick, disabled or dead.” Groundwork for such weaponization had been established since the 60s by the CIA (MKUltra) and subsequently at the Pentagon (DARPA) where classified dark government projects also developed mind/computer symbiosis via analysis, interpretation and manipulation of brain signaling systems.
The Rockefeller University Brain Initiative, developed “new ways to remotely control brain cells by combining the use of radio waves or magnetic fields and stimulating nanoparticles to turn neurons on or off.” In 2018 a World Economic Forum (WEF) article Mind Control Using Sound Waves , followed soon after CEO Klaus Schwab, on the world stage in Davos, prompted Google co-founder Sergey Brin to, imagine having implants in our brains that instantly tell us how people are reacting. Advances to Neuralink brain implants, use electrodes, inserted into neural plastic regions of the brain, to read brain signals and decode thoughts. Several electromagnetic (EMF) cold war directed energy weapon (DEW) assaults, resulted in 23 men and 17 woman government officials, developing changes in brain structure and functional connectivity. Diagnosed as Havana Syndrome, these transnational government employees had been subjected to beam forming microwave frequencies technology similar to that used in current Telecommunications systems. In 2015, IBM announced it had developed functional Nano-Chip transistors (Smart Dust) measuring a minuscule 7 nanometers across, which is 1/10,000 the width of a human hair. Soon after, at the Pentagon, James Giodarno revealed the production of “a nano swarm of bio-penetrable materials, that are able to integrate themselves across a variety of membranes, such as mouth, nose, ears or eyes, can diffuse into the brain space, and be weaponized.” Human blood analysis utilizing electron microscopy has, during Covid 19 research, revealed the presence of nano particulates, in patient blood samples.
Significant evidence indicates that our cherished Democracy is giving way to a Technocracy that is pushing a global control agenda. The psy-op propagated allure of advanced technology is dangling the carrot of human advancement before humanity and effectively masking the deployment of Transhumanism promoted for the purpose of totalitarian control. There are obvious ways in which AI, quantum computing, nano technologies and the development of the Brain-Computer-Interface (BCI) can be very promising; in medicine and many applications that benefit humanity. However, the question comes down to, how can we effectively guide and prevent the misuse of advanced technology?
