Auctioneers are preparing a large and one-of-a-kind sale Saturday September 13 that is open to the public. The Estate of Mr. Sills will be auctioned to the highest bidders at 3048 County Route 119 in Canisteo NY beginning at 1:30pm.
One of the features of this sale is the approximate 20,000 board foot in quality lumber and lots of other interesting boards plus plywood 4×8 sheets. Also of dozens of Anderson Windows, a brand new Toro mower, loads of barn equipment and tools.
From inside the house the auction will feature some great vintage furniture: Drop-leaf table, secretaries cabinet, pine chests, and an oak ice cooler are some highlights.
*Eat first as no lunch stand will be available for this sale, just bottled water.
