At 4:04am (10/22/25) we were dispatched for a car into the building, the Aldi’s grocery store, on County Route 66, in the Town of Hornellsville. North Hornell Volunteer Fire Department, City of Hornell Fire Department (Ambulance), as well as New York State Police, and Steuben County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched as well. The initial incident started out of our district.

The car left Seneca Road and came to rest inside the Aldi’s store. The driver was uninjured and checked over by Hornell Ambulance.

Rescue 38, Car 2, Car 201, and Car 202 responded.

After going 9 days without a call, this mornings made up for it! We did have one call yesterday at 11:27am (10/21/25) that ended the 9 days of rest, for tree on wires, we were canceled before responding.
