John Carbone issued this statement earlier in the week announcing his intentions to continue serving on the City of Hornell Common Council.
“I am honored and humbled to have served the residents of the 10th Ward and the City as a whole since 2005. I serve on the Finance committee, Chair, Planning and Development Committee and Chair the Audit Committee . I serve as the Common Council representative on the City of Hornell Industrial Development Agency.
I am a business owner and have operated the Main Place here in Hornell since 2011, I also own and operate the Main Street Inn since 2019. I am a life long resident of the City of Hornell, the proud grandson of Italian immigrants. I am a father and grandfather. My only desire is to see Hornell flourish and make a better future for all in this community. I humbly and respectfully ask for your vote on November 4th.”
