Michael B. McCULLOCH, 73, of Wellsville, NY, passed away after an extended illness on Sunday, November 23, 2025 with his loving wife at his side.
Born May 28,1952, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of Louis and Elizabeth Smith McCulloch. On October 12, 1996, in Wellsville, he married Kay Flurschutz Stuck, who survives.
A graduate of Liverpool High School and a 1972 graduate of Alfred State College, he served honorably with the U.S. Army from 1972 – 1974. He was employed by Kodak in Rochester for 25 years.
After moving to Wellsville, he was employed by I.D. Booth for seven years. He was known locally as the “Dog Guy,” as he faithfully walked his Airedales throughout the community.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Elks Lodge #1495, Morrison Hayes American Legion Post #702, and a charter member and historian of Allegany County Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) Division 1. He was honored as Hibernian of the Year in 2023 and as Grand Marshall of the Worlds’ Shortest Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in 2025.
Surviving besides his wife, Kay, are: a son, Eric (Ashley) Stuck of Wellsville; three granddaughters, Alexa Stuck, Lindsay Stuck, and Emily Stuck; a sister, Eileen (Joseph) McNamara of Colonial Heights, VA; brothers-in-law, John (Carol) Flurschutz and Dan (Cindy) Flurschutz, both of Wellsville; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; and a sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Thomas Trachimowicz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM, Saturday November 29, 2025 in Immaculate Conception Church, Wellsville. Private burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellsville.
