“We the people, should not consent to being exposed”

Last week, at sunrise there was an ominous orange streak, from horizon to horizon, that bore all the characteristics of a chemtrail. Such a brazen application
of foreign material cutting across the southeast sky was alarming. There had recently been several weeks of stunningly electric blue sky as backdrop to familiar cloud formations. Most of us, didn’t make the connection that the absence of chemtrails had occurred at the same time as the government shutdown. Well, the government is back open, money is flowing again and the chemtrails are back. The photo accompanying this article was taken last week at 7:30 am high up on Jericho Hill. The National Health Federation (NHF) recently lit up the internet with a nationwide alert that Congress is in the process of reviewing, and hope to pass, the National Defense Appropriation (Bill), before their winter break. Such a Bill is considered a ‘must approve’ for reasons of national security. The ‘hurry up and pass’ treatment of such a critical bill authorizes spending, in the hundreds of billions, for a wide array of government programs and projects. Urgent Bill approval is the perfect opportunity for last minute proposals and foregoing examination of items that are not urgent matters of national security and in some cases include unconstitutional (black projects) and secret experiments.
The NHF has been promoting public health since 1950 and is the oldest Health Freedom Organization in the world. They have taken a strong stance against military geoengineering of the atmosphere and experimentation that furthers the weaponization of Weather modification. NHF has identified the specific components of the proposed defense spending that will fund weather control and manipulation. They are Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), Solar Radiation Management (SRM), Weather Operations Research, and the weaponization of the weather, that includes development and testing of Directed Energy (DEW) and Electromagnetic weapons (EW).
The NHF is recommending that the public contact via phone, email or mail and ask our federal House of Representatives and Senators to:
- Strike from the Defense Bills, House, H.R. 3838 and Senate S.2296, and deny funding of all experiments that geoengineer the atmosphere or alter the weather.
We the people, should not consent to being exposed to and breathing the geoengineered clouds of sulphur – dioxide, strontium, aluminum, barium and coal fly ash particles, as well as nano particulates of polymers (plastic); nor should we unknowingly be subjected to experimental blockage of the sun and weather manipulation. We the people do not consent to being exposed to the radio frequencies and or electromagnetic fields of Directed Energy Weapons or high-power phased array radio transmitters such as the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HARP). If the public does not weigh in, and remains silent, it is conveniently interpreted, by lawmakers and the Military Industrial Complex, as tacit approval.
There are 24 states that have introduced legislation that is aimed at stopping the geoengineering of the atmosphere, including solar blocking and weather manipulation. Two states have formally enacted and are enforcing laws, but it is expected that numerous other versions of legislation, reigning in such activities, will soon be enacted. New York State legislation on these activities has been stuck in the environmental Conservation Committee since February of 2025.
Now is the time, for all of us that care about the health of our families, community, country and planet, to examine the issues, form an opinion and make our voices heard by our state Assemblyperson, and Senators as well as federal Congressmen and Senators.
