The Raptis family announced the passing earlier this morning:
Jimmy, Dad, Theo Jim, or “Pappou” to family – he passed on February 22, at Olean General Hospital.
95+ years lived. 69 years married. 66 years a father. 33 years a grandparent. He was deeply loved and will be deeply missed. May his memory be Eternal.
Final arrangements and burial are still be planned by the family and a full obituary will be published when complete.
