Public hearings start at 630pm

The Hornell Common Council will meet in regular session on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 7 pm, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 82 Main Street.
There will be Public Hearings starting at 6:30 pm, prior to the meeting to discuss proposed Local Law #2 of 2026 – Ebikes, and the CDBG – 2022 Hampton Inn Project (2nd hearing).
