City Hall will close at noon on Thursday July 2

HORNELL – City offices will close at noon on Thursday, July 2, 2026 and will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2026, in observance of Independence Day. City Hall reopens on Monday, July 6, 2026.
The Hornell Compost Waste Facility will be closed Thursday, July 2, 2026 through Saturday, July 4, 2026. The Facility will re-open Sunday July 5, 2026.
There are no Hornell Area Transit bus runs on Friday, July 3, 2026.
