HORNELL – City offices will close at noon on Thursday, July 3, 2025 and will be closed on Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. City Hall reopens on Monday, July 7, 2025.
The Hornell Compost Waste Facility will be closed Thursday, July 3, 2025 and Friday, July 4th. The Facility will re-open Saturday July 5, 2025
There are no Hornell Area Transit bus runs on Friday, July 4, 2025.
The Hornell Public Library will be closed on July 4, 2025 and reopen on July 5, 2024.
