Sheriff Allard: I’m honored to accept this award on behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office

Sheriff Allard was recently presented with the Defender Award from the American Constitutional Rights Union (ACRU). He was recognized for honoring his oath of office and performing his duties in accordance with the Constitution of the United States of America.
The initiative recognizes law enforcement agencies and their leaders, who honor their oath of office, uphold the law, and demonstrate their cooperation and partnership with federal law enforcement agencies.
Sheriff Allard stated, “I am honored to accept this award on behalf of the dedicated men and women of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office. I have always advocated for strong partnerships with all our law enforcement partners whether local, state, or federal. When we work together as a law enforcement profession it makes everyone safer and that has always been my goal.”
