Due to the forecasted air quality conditions expected in the Hornell area tomorrow, Thursday at the Square (July 16) will be relocated indoors to ensure the safety and comfort of our vendors, volunteers, entertainers, and guests. PLEASE let me know if you are attending, even if I do not have your payment yet. I need to make off space for those who are planning to attend. The cost is still$10.00 per spot, and you must pay with check or money order. Free for non-profits, school clubs, and businesses in the HPG District.

Event Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Vendor Information:
- Craft vendors are welcome to set up one/two tables inside – please bring your own table; we will do our best to make room for everyone to have a few tables each. This is why I need to know if you are attending or not ASAP
- No tents or chairs are needed.
- Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis due to the limited indoor area.
- You may arrive starting at 330 PM.
Our entertainment schedule remains the same:
- 5:00 PM – Punch & Judy Puppet Show
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Live Music by Ellen & the Fam
Our food vendor, Jr’s Back Alley BBQ, will also be on site serving:
- Homemade Chicken Tenders
- Deep-Fried Beef Hot Dogs
- Battered Deep-Fried Pork Sandwiches
- Curly Fries
We understand this is a last-minute change, but with the forecasted air quality, we believe moving indoors is the best decision for everyone involved. We appreciate your flexibility and continued support of Thursdays at the Square. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
