David A. Murry, 38, arrested for Incest, Rape and Endangering a Child Arrest

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 19, 2026, Deputies and Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested David M. Murray, age 38, of Spaulding Drive, Bath, New York, following a report of sexual abuse of a child. It is alleged that Mr. Murray had oral sexual contact with a person less than eleven years old and that the victim was related to him.
Mr. Murray is charged with Rape in the First Degree, a class B Felony, Incest in the First Degree, a class B Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Murray was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $75,000 property bond.
