October 31 live show starts at 2pm in the Hornell High School Auditorium
From the Hornell Area Wind Ensemble aka HAWE
To all music fans in the greater Hornell area and beyond….. Your Hornell Area Wind Ensemble opens their 2026 / 2027 season with “Monsters Galore!” Their fifty plus piece band will be performing live at the Hornell High School auditorium on Saturday afternoon, October 31st, at 2PM. That’s right, Halloween! Come dressed in your favorite costume and join in the fun as the Wind Ensemble will be playing spooktacular music selections from Phantom of the Opera, Monsters of Myth, March Macabre, and more! As always, there is no charge for the concert, however, a free will offering will be available to help support the Vincent House in Wayland, NY.
After enjoying the concert, you will have plenty of time to get back home to meet and greet the little goblins who may visit your home!
The Hornell Area Wind Ensemble would like to thank the Hornell and Wellsville Sun for their continued support in helping them get the word out! Remember, put October 31st on your calendar for an afternoon of toe tapping and perhaps a bit chilling array of tunes! All of the musicians look forward to seeing you there!
