City seeks project managers

The City of Hornell is seeking proposals from qualified project management consultants and lead-based paint testing service providers to assist the City to implement a 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program grant award.

The program provides funding to rehabilitate up to 10 houses in the City. The City will award an administrative services contract to a qualified firm to assist the City to maintain compliance with the CDBG Program regulations, as administered by the NYS Office of Community Renewal. The City will also award a contract for lead-based paint testing services for risk assessments and clearance testing to be completed on all assisted houses.

Proposals must be submitted to the Assessor’s Office by 4PM on Friday, March 11, 2022.
