BATH — Wellness Advocate Josh Goldman speaks to more than 100 attendees Thursday during the Steuben County Office For the Aging’s annual Senior Forum at the First Presbyterian Church in Bath. A presenter at the forum for the past nine years, Goldman provided advice with humor and sensibility on maintaining health and well-being for people 60 years old and older.

In addition to OFA’s annual public hearing on services, other presentations at the forum included information on avoiding scams by representatives Daniel Lyon and Justin McCabe from Lifespan of Rochester and a demo of the popular exercise program, Bingocize.
