The Hornell Police Department will deploy extra patrols throughout the New Year’s weekend. The patrols will be designated to target drivers who are impaired by alcohol and/or drugs. Please arrange for a safe ride to and from your destinations as we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome to 2023.
