The store is full of product.
The employees are hired. Management is in place.
The blue and faded red of Kmart has been painted over.
A store opening has been set for March 16.
Despite ALL of that, it just wasn’t official until the sign went up.
On Thursday, workers put the signs up across the front of the old Kmart building on Bolivar Road and placed the large “Runnings” sign on the building.
