March 16, 2023, Sexual Conduct Against a Child Arrest
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on March 14, 2023, Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Devin J. Ollis, age 23, of Pulteney Street, Hammondsport, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Ollis engaged in sexual conduct with a person less than 13 years old over a period of time greater than three months in the Town of Urbana. Mr. Ollis was charged with Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a class B Felony. Mr. Ollis was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
