1. Policy/Procedure
a. Disposal of Intermediate School Library Books
Resolved that, upon the recommendation of Superintendent Palotti, the Board
authorize Patrick Flaitz to dispose of the Intermediate School library books on the
deletion list dated April 27, 2023.
2. Finance
- SRO Agreement w/ Village of North Hornell
Resolved that, upon the recommendation of Superintendent Palotti, the Board
Approve SRO Agreement with the Village of North Hornell effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
b. Agreements with Management Advisory Group of NY, Inc.
Resolved that, upon the recommendation of Superintendent Palotti, the Board
approve the agreements with Management Advisory Group of NY, Inc. for the
2023/24 school year for STAC Services and Medicaid Services and Tuition Billing.
c. Agreement with Welliver – CM for 2022 Capital Project
Resolve that, upon the recommendation of Superintendent Palotti, the Board
approve the agreement with Welliver for CM services for the 2022 Capital Project.
3. Personnel:There are numerous personnel items on the agenda.
Informational:
The Annual Budget Vote and Board Member Election will be held of Tuesday, May 16,
2023 in the High School Lobby from Noon to 9:00 PM.
The next meeting of the Board will held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 9:30 PM in the
HS Cafeteria to accept the results of the vote and any other business that may arise.
The next regular monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 5:15 PM
in the High School Library.
Motion to move to Executive Session to discuss the tenure of particular personnel.
