Arrest includes a felony grand larceny charge, the accused released on for future court date

A Spencer NY man was arrested in the town of Van Etten over the weekend for six misdemeanors and two felony charges. The array of charges suggest a wild scene that included a high speed vehicle chase, someone was assaulted, and Xavier R Beach, 23, resisted arrest.
Other charges include possession of a controlled substance, driving a vehicle while impaired by a drugs, and the felony grand larceny. Read the full list of charges:
